About 10 years ago, our daughter, then in junior high, wanted to get a bengal so that her friends with cat allergies could visit. After much campaigning on her part, we relented and Cleopatra (Cleo) joined our family. We agreed to let Cleo have one litter and see how it went - and the rest is history. It has really been a privilege (not to mention highly entertaining!) to have the opportunity to help kittens get started in life, to match them up with new homes, and to make bengal companions available to people that might not have otherwise been able to enjoy cat companionship.
